Dimension Data acquires Xigo to further our TEM strategy

Today, Dimension Data announced the acquisition of Xigo, a cloud-based telecom expense management (TEM) service provider. TEM is a service that helps our clients understand and manage the total telecommunications costs within their organisations and can also assist to improve their telecoms supply chain, optimise their procurement of telecoms services and increase the efficiency of their telecoms invoice processing operations.

This acquisition is intended to focus on our clients and support Dimension Data’s commitment to our services-led strategy, providing services that deliver real business value to our clients. Xigo offers a comprehensive, unified platform for multi-category TEM across all client segments, allowing us to provide clients with a suitable solution no matter where they are on their journey. Xigo’s suite of solutions and services offer tremendous synergies across many of our existing offerings, further enabling us to leverage multi-technology solutions across multiple geographies, tailored to client needs.
