Our employees showing our Brand in Action
In May this year, we launched our Brand in Action campaign to coincide with the first anniversary of our refreshed brand. The campaign aims to reinvigorate the passion our employees feel for our brand, and also to educate and arm them with tools and resources so that they are able to live and breathe our brand every day.
As part of the campaign, we launched a Brand in Action photo competition on Facebook, asking our employees to share photos showing how they’ve seen our brand in action or how they live our brand every day. We received almost 200 entries, demonstrating the passion our employees have for living our brand every day. The photos, which ranged from poignant to funny, gave us so much insight into the personalities of our brand ambassadors and the pride they feel as representatives of the Dimension Data family.

Two winners were selected. A People’s Choice as voted by the number of “likes” on Facebook, and a Dimension Data’s choice, chosen by our Global Executive Committee from a number of finalists. The winners are:
